Once you sign up, I'll set up a profile where you can enter you're current height, weight, and time-frame...along with your body type, exercise program [if any], and health issues. Once you do this, this program will automatically set your daily calorie goals and break down all your meals for the day in proper carb, protein, and fat ratios so you know exactly what to eat!
Our phone app will allow you to track your progress on the go. You can access all your meals, exchange foods [which will be auto-portioned for your calorie count], and even track log meals that are not part of your plan [cheat meal, anyone?] to make sure you don't go over your daily calorie allowance. You'll even be able to enter your weight every day and even pull up records for 30, 60, and 90 day increments to make sure you're on track!
This is a great feature! Let's say you eat something for breakfast that is not on your plan that you know is healthy, like oatmeal. All you have to do is pull up the Barcode Scanner, and scan the barcode off the label, and it will automatically enter ALL the Nutrition Facts off the food's nutrition label! This makes healthy eating a breeze, if you can't follow the plan exactly once in a while!
The app will allow you to pull up a shopping list created just for you and your meal plan while you're at the grocery store. It will tell you exactly what to by according to your plan and in what amounts. Now you won't have to aimlessly walk through the isles throwing food in your cart that you think is healthy, because you will know exactly what you're buying without having to play the guessing game of whether it's healthy or not.
